In recent years, we have been witnessing a world with the technology innovation, information exploration and global market spreading. In this circumstance, more and more enterprises realized the key point of success is to innovate the employee's technology. The appearance of Corporate University is a tendency of social development, for overcoming the problem that traditional university education can't meet the market's request, and to meet the need of staff's long-term learning. Corporate University is a new style organization for educational set up by enterprise, whose purpose is to impetus the learning of individual and organization, to support the enterprises' task by various of plans. It is one of a strategy used for adapting to an ever-changing business environment and strengthening competing advantages through various planned learning programs, which is to improve the learning of the whole organization and individuals and develop knowledge and wisdom to finish the goals of corporation. The building of Motorola University is a symbol that implies the widespread of Corporate University. Furthermore, it also has set up a comparative talent training system, and is famous for 'driving force of reform in corporations and the Best of Corporate Universities'. Great experiences can overcome any difficulties, knowing and learning successful experience of other countries will help us develop our Corporate Universities in a formal, healthy and professional way.The paper consists seven sessions:Section one is the introduction that comprises of problem statement, literature review.Section two analyzes the emerging background of Motorola University and discusses its process.Section three analyzes four key concepts that influence the training system of Motorola University: pragmatism, experimental circle training theory, learning style organization and concept of life long learning.Section four presents an analysis of two sides, the instructor and founds of the Motorola University.Section five mainly describes the core projects including the define of training demand, the design of training class, the performance of the class, and the evaluation of the training system.Section six profoundly analyzes the training characteristic, and make a conclusion about its effects on the staffs, high education, other universities and its social influence.Section seven puts forward the experience that we can learn from Motorola University.
