With the popularization of higher education in China,the university's function of serving the society has become more prominent.The development of education is more focused on industry,profession and the future.As a new type of university,the talent training mode of applied technology universities is guided by the philosophy of higher education political theory,and the concept of talent training gradually shifts from discipline-oriented to service-oriented.The talent training model emphasizes the social service function,so that the trained talents can better serve the industry and serve the future.Therefore,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the reform in the talent-training model of applied technology universities,and searches for what changes and explorations have occurred in the talent training models of applied technology universities and the factors that influence the reform in the talent training model,in order to achieve new talent training goals under the premise of changes in educational concepts.Through continuous in-depth analysis,it aims to provide valuable suggestions for the innovation and reform of the talent training model,and strive to cultivate a large number of high-skilled talents for management,production and construction,in order to better fulfill the functions of modern universities serving the society.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad,determines the relevant core concepts of this paper.Based on the basic theory of higher education philosophy and the theory of resource dependence,this study accurately grasps the connotation of the reform of talent training mode in the process of transforming applied technology universities,analyzes the necessity of the reform of talent training mode in applied technology universities.A model for the reform of talent training mode in applied technology universities is constructed.Secondly,this study uses case study methods and select four representative institutions of transformation as research cases.The "in-case research" and cross-case analysis,the research conclusions are obtained.Thirdly,through the application of case study and interviews,the main dilemmas and causes in the process of talent training reform are deeply explored.It is found that in the process of talent training mode reform,the applied technology universities mainly encounter the four dilemmas below.The need for industrial demand guidance needs to be improved.The responsibility for coordinating synergies between the subjects of reform needs to be implemented.The content of the reform still needs more resources to support.And the path of reform is bound by the original system.Finally,aiming at the dilemma encountered in the reform of talent training mode in the process of applied technology university transformation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
