The Research On Talent Cultivation Model Of Japanese Women's University

In the development of higher education in Japan,women's universities have always occupied an important position.In addition to cultivating many female elites who are active in the political and economic arena,a large number of female researchers and scholars in psychology,sociology,and pedagogy have been promoted.Japan's modernization has played a decisive role.Japan's women's university has experienced more than one hundred years of development and transformation.In this process,it has gradually developed a unique talent training model.In summary,it is "teaching according to nature" and "people-oriented".It is necessary to highlight women's characteristics.Also adapt to social needs.In order to cultivate excellent female talents,the Japan Women's University is still seeking breakthroughs in all aspects of the personnel training model,delivering advanced scientific knowledge,and nurturing female talents with independent personality and leadership and keeping pace with the times.From the perspective of gender theory and women's human resources construction theory,this article uses a variety of research methods to analyze the development of Japanese women s universities and the status quo of their personnel training models in conjunction with Japan's most representative 11 women's universities as research cases.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,including the background and significance of the research,the summary of research status,research methods,and research innovation.The second part explains the basic theory of the talent cultivation model in women's universities,including the definition of the concept of women's universities and talent training models,and the elaboration of gender theory and the theory of women's human resources capacity building.In the third part,the history of the development of Japanese women's universities and the important education ideas are combed from a historical perspective.In the fourth part,a representative Japanese women's university is selected for analysis and a comprehensive and systematic discussion of its current talent training model is conducted,focusing on analyzing the objectives and measures of the talent cultivation model.The training objectives are mainly based on the analysis of the two types of goals of "elite education" and "independent women training" that are currently adapted to the needs of the society and the positioning of the school.The training measures consist of four majors:women's college's professional settings,curriculum,training methods,and training systems.The discussion and research were conducted and the characteristics and deficiencies of various aspects of the talent training model in Japan Women's University were summarized.In the fifth part,through comparing with the goals and measures of talent training in our country's women's universities,this paper considers the experience and measures worthy of reference in the construction of the talent cultivation mode in our country's women's universities and the development of women's higher education.Japanese Women's University has a clear goal in personnel training.Among them,the goal of independent and self-improvement is reflected in the learning through various skills,so as to exert women's own value.On this basis,the elite education target is more concerned with the training of women's leadership.In addition to meeting the educational goals,professional subject settings are mainly influenced by social needs and women's development.Talents who have social needs will also be keenly aware of and adjusted by the university.In terms of curriculum,rich women's courses and vocational education courses are very effective learning content for training women talents with basic knowledge,professional knowledge,professional skills,women's qualities,and life skills.These women's universities are responsible for teaching related courses and research on women's issues through various research institutes,while also serving as a platform for providing students with practical opportunities.The design of various systems is based on the needs of women's talents training,highlighting the characteristics of women's education on the basis of the general university's talent cultivation system,and at the same time designing in accordance with the talent training objectives of the school.Absorbing the advanced concepts and experiences in the talent training model of the Japanese women's university can,on the one hand,serve as a reference for the construction of a talent training model for women's universities in China.On the other hand,whether it is a women's university in our country or an ordinary coeducational university,it is in terms of methods and methods.The training of female senior personnel provides important reference.
