In the new curriculum reform, the reform of knowledge and student view calls for the change of teachers'role. Teachers in not confined to preach, teach and answer, but also have to inspire, nurture, temper and chasten. In the progress of implementing the new curriculum, teachers should focus on the implementation of inquiry teaching, re-examine and orient self-roles. They also should set right role consciousness, and reflect the basic principle of curriculum reform by the new image of multiple identities and multiple roles. They form a link between the preceding and the following under such a background. Under such a background with the change of teachers'role, this paper combines with the special identity of junior middle teachers, and discusses the correlation of their research and teaching accomplishment. It is aimed at the change of junior middle teachers'role.The research route of the paper is that, defining the terms on the theoretical study at first, demonstrating the connotation, elements and the correlation among teaching accomplishment, research accomplishment and development trend. Later constructs questionnaire survey from these. Secondly, through the investigation and interview on some junior middle school teachers in Guizhou province, the article analyzes the results by different statistical methods. This concept proves different degrees of the correlation between teachers'research and teaching accomplishment, when the junior middle school teachers influenced in various environment. Thirdly, the paper analyzes and discusses the correlation of research and teaching accomplishment in theoretical and empirical study. Finally offers the solution to these questions and construct the system dynamic mechanism model. Major innovation of this article is that, breaking the definition of the term-correlation, and using it as the guideline throughout the paper at first. Then using various research methods in the empirical study, in which proves the correlation of research and teaching accomplishment in different environment. At last constructing the system dynamic mechanism model based on the research route of the paper, by which to promote the mutual transformation of research and teaching accomplish.This paper is divided into five parts,The first part is the concept of theoretical study, including there aspects as the presentation of questions, the aim and significance of the study, definition of terms and the correlation of research and teaching accomplishment.The second part is the concept of empirical study includes design of the questionnaire, selection of the sample, collection, analysis and processing of the data, as well as analysis and summary on the investigation results.The third part is the concept of analysis and comparison, mainly on the correlation of junior middle school teachers'research and teaching accomplishment.The forth part is the concept of conclusion and suggestion, according to the questions found in the investigation, provides the responding approach, medium and mechanism.The fifth part is the summary, limitations and prospect of the paper, it mainly discusses and reflects the research methods and final conclusion of the paper. Also gives the direction for the follow-up research.
