Graduate education quality evaluation is an important part of guarantee and improving the quality of graduate education.In recent years,in the socialist market economic system,China's graduate education has developed rapidly,have been expanding.The quality of graduate education has caused the community,the education sector and government departments attach great importance to.The standard of the quality graduate education management is imperative.To evaluate the quality of graduate education is an important measure of establishing and perfecting quality assurance system of graduate education.The starting of the China's graduate education evaluation is late,and still has certain disparity,to compares with the evaluation system quite perfect country, displays prominently in the evaluation of education is relatively weak,the evaluation of technology is not very mature,the means of evaluation is unitary,the information network construction of evaluation lag and so on.Based on the progress and analysis of our evaluation of the quality of graduate education,to provide the reasonable suggestion In order to solve the problem which in our country graduate education quality evaluation.This has the important meaning to evaluating the quality of graduate education effectively.The paper focus on analysis of the progress and problems of China's graduate education quality evaluation,providing relevant recommendations in order to improving the quality of China's graduate education evaluation.The paper is consisted of four chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborated this research selected topic background,the significance and the research present situation,proposed the research basic mentality and the method,and has carried on the limits to the related concept.The second chapter carries on the analysis to the historical development and the present situation of our country graduate education quality evaluation.Expounded the formation and the background of development of our country's graduate education quality evaluation,the start stage and development stage of our country's graduate education quality evaluation,and the main characteristics of China's graduate education quality evaluation.The third chapter analyzes the major problems which exist in our country's graduateeducation quality evaluation.First,the main body of graduate education quality evaluation is unitary.Second,the target of the graduate education quality evaluation lacks the scientific nature.The third is the evaluation process of quality of graduate education need to further improve.The fourth chapter proposed the strategy of improveing our country graduate education quality evaluation.First,must realize the main body of the graduate education quality evaluation multiplication.Must changes from the sole government administration appraisal system to the multi-dimensional appraisal system including the government,the society and the university,and in the method and the way should from the direct government control to the cooperation pattern of government,the society and the university.Must profit from the American graduate education quality evaluation,gradually establish and perfect the social evaluation system,mobilization of social forces,causes the government evaluation and the society evaluation displays the respective superiority,has the supplementary effect,Urges the development of evaluation to a more scientific direction.Second,must optimize the graduate education quality evaluation indicator system.Pays great attention in the evaluation the non-quantification factor when establishes the indicator system.Must take the fuzzy overall evaluation and the classified evaluation.Third,must to constantly improve the process of quality of graduate education evaluation,to enhance the scientific nature of the information-gathering,perfect the mechanism of result reduction and the incentive mechanism,and to enhances openness and the transparency of work of our country educational evaluation organization,enables the evaluation to obtain the social public's understanding and the surveillance.Fourth, must strengthen the construction of the graduate education quality evaluation laws and regulations.In this paper,the innovation.First,has carried on the entire aspect analysis to our country postgraduate education quality evaluation existing system,and done a comparative study on graduate education quality evaluation with the US and so on.
