Aiming at practical needs of the development of the graduate education and the new quality requirements from the development of the society,eonomy,science,technology,culture and so on at present time in our country,this dissertation,from the angle of evaluation body,tries to construct an more suitable and relatively perfect quality evaluation body system.In the literature on research, graduate education on the quality evaluation on the basis of understanding reality, we proceed from the main theory, explorating systemly the main problem of China's current evaluation of the quality of graduate education. The dissertation consists of four chapters:First of all, on China's graduate education quality evaluation of the status of the main transfer research, through analysis, China's graduate education quality evaluation of the main major presence on the evaluation of excessive intervention, social evaluation is weak in strength, the university passive in the evaluation and so on.Second, through my graduate education quality evaluation of the causes of the main issues that the main reasons are: a highly centralized planning system is the source of the problem, the official position of the impact of historical and cultural traditions, national values and the impact of the quality of graduate education evaluation of the social infrastructure is not extensive, evaluation of the quality of graduate education and philosophy behind the practice of evaluation of the needs of the development. At the same time analysis that address these graduate education quality evaluation of the main problems is of great significance, because these issues has brought the community unable to meet the needs of diverse subjects of interest, lack of evaluation units enthusiasm and initiative, lack of supervision and evaluation of constraints, social participation lower and so on.Third, theoretically discusses about the basis of the construction of quality evaluation body system of graduate education, analyses the possibility of the exertion of the decentralized system theory.The last chapter concretely discusses the construction of our multi-subject governance quality evaluation system. Respectively discusses the perfection of the governmental quality evaluation system,the establishment of the social quality evaluation system, and the rebuilt of the self-evaluation system of the universities and colleges. The transition must be from the unique quality evaluation body system leaded by government to the multi-ply(with government, society and colleges and universities)quality evaluation body system. Finally, discusses the efficiency of the quality evaluation body system of graduate edueation of our country, to make perfect the evaluation proeess,method,to strengthen the re-evaluation for the evaluation of the graduate edueation, to ensure the fairness and scientific quality, and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
