With the rapid development of society and progress of network technology, people’s understanding of network education and network education resources to continuously improve. To study the use of the network of junior high school students, also more and more social, school and parents attention. Therefore the author put cyber source utilization as the research object, from five aspects of cyber source by time, place, content and purpose, acquisition and effect, and the research of network education resource utilization of junior middle school students. Hope now problems of educational resources of junior middle school network utilization by this study, and make students better, effective measures to make more efficient use of network education resources are put forward.This study adopts literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method. First of all, the author reviewed the relevant network education resources utilization of the literature at home and abroad in the research stage and in the process, have a clear understanding of the previous research; secondly, through the questionnaire survey method, the author of the four urban four primary and middle school conducted a survey of research, understanding and analyzed the status of network education resource utilization of junior middle school students; finally, through interviews, the author through10teachers from four districts about school teachers on the use of network education attitudes and perceptions of junior middle school students.Through the questionnaire survey, the author concluded that in the use of network education resource in time, most students can control their online time, only a small part of junior middle school students without control, and some junior high school students in primary school have access to the network; in the use of network education resource on Internet cafes in place, should arouse our attached to the junior middle school students; in the aspect of network education resources using the content and purpose, the Internet is more concerned about the studio entertainment information of the junior middle school students, the lack of concern for the network education resources; in terms of access to the network education resources utilization, only occasionally get education resource information in the network of junior high school students, less in proportion to the network education information; in the aspect of network education resources utilization effect, rendering half think help, half think little help. Through interviews, the author learned teachers to study showed a positive attitude of junior high school students through the network, and think through the network of their own teaching is also a great help, for example on the network can see more excellent lesson plans, expand their horizons. Through the above research, the author also from five aspects of society, school, family, students themselves and the network induces creates the junior high school students with the reasons of the problems in network education resources, and put forward a series of optimization strategy on the use of network education resource to improve the students in junior high school. For example, the educational function of the school, cultivating students’ information literacy; establish the concept of family education network era, the construction of learning family; social functions, adverse factor for removing the cyber source.
