In recent years, the educational value of the life science history is affirmed by many researchers.The teaching material under the course standard also makes a point of the life science history.The teachers notice to lead the life science history into the classroom teachings,too.But the research also manifests that the integration of the life science history and biology teaching material are still lack of reasonable considers and practice. The thesis has done some study on how to further promote the educational value of the life science history by teaching material.In the introduction part introduced the background , purpose, method, process and value of the research and analyzed simply. Apart from the introduction, seven part content of the thesis are generalized for four parts.The first part is the foundational research. Firstly, there is a review about the history that the science history was applied to the science education and the science teaching material. It also includs a analysis about the present condition of the domestic and international researchs related with the realm. The concepts of science history and life science history are analyzed and defined too. Secondly, there is a analysis of the necessity about life science history melting into senior high school biology teaching materials from the education value, the requires of students, attitude of students and teaching material. Lastly,there are a static analysis and a dynamic analysis of the domestic and international biological teaching material currently according to the self- plaiting list named"a analytical list for the science history content of the biological teaching materials in senior middle school". There is also a summary about the successful experience and the shortages of these current teaching materials. These foundational studies is not only the deep expatiation to the educational value of the life science history, but also the foundation for the theoretical and practical research subsequently.The sencond part is the theoretical research. It is one of the cores of this research. In this part, from the analysis about the Humanistic Learning Theory of Rogers, to the conclusions that the integration are helpful for the student's self-governed study and the conversion of teacher's role. It should integrate with science quest and facilitate the significant studies of the students, help the student form the right cognition about the science essence.From the analysis for the Bloom's theory about Taxonmy of Teaching Objectives , to the conclusion that the integration should help the student consolidate the scientific knowledge, help the student form the right values, and help the student reinforce the ability of science research. From the analysis for the Single-subject Curriculum and Integrated Curriculum theories, to the conclusion that the integration should be more inclined to"be fused", take notice of the connection with STS education , and contact with the student's real life appropriately. From the analysis for the Hidden Curriculum and Manifest Curriculum theories, particularly the theory of dynamic conversion between two Curriculum type, to the conclusion that the teaching material is a carrier which lead the life science history from the"edge, hidden"to"center, manifest", and should increase the diverse evaluation for the learning of the life science history. Under the foundation of the fore four part, the fifth part put for ward the eight principle that the integration should be scientific, objective, the most valuable, all-around, humanistic, thoughtful, moderate and artistic. With the instance, this part has sumed up the five strategy for integration.The tactics are concerning with the arrange about the science history and the teaching material contents, the handling method about the science history material, the design about the history column, the diverse evaluation for the learning of the life science history, and the format of the science history contents. These treatises has provided the theoretical principles for the writing of biological teaching materials in senior middle schools which is characteristic with life science history.The third part is the reseach about pratices. It is another core of this research. This part includes the development, testing and evaluation for the teaching materials (in part) with history of science.In the preparation of teaching materials is"the regulating of life activities about animals and human ", the object is a high shool students of grade two. On the teaching of the overall evaluation, including evaluation and partial evaluation, supplemented by random interviews. Overall evaluation including teaching knowledge, ideological and cultural connotations of psychological development, the level of preparation of teaching materials, teaching the history of science as well as adaptability and integration with five dimensions; partial evaluation of the history of science, including the quantity and quality dimensions of the evaluation, as well as on science History of the preparation and evaluation of the dimension of integration. The results showed that teachers and students of higher learning materials comprehensive evaluation, but also reflected a number of material deficiencies, for example, the content of teaching materials characteristics and the actual living close enough contact, not well infiltrated patriotism education, and attach importance to women scientists did not go far enough, and so on.The forth part is the conclusion of this dissertation. This part of the whole research process has been rational reflection, affirmed the advantages of the existing domestic and international biology teaching materials,and the effectiveness of integration principles and strategies of.It pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of the new teaching materials, but also pointed out the limitations of the study and follow-up research conducted outlook .
