Cooperative learning has been researched and developed for tens of years in foreign countries. But it is only about twenty years in China since we started to research it. It is worth discussing how to build the mould of the effective cooperative learning fully with the situation of China in big classes.The author of this article tries it well from the teaching methods——learning dependently, discussion and guiding and building the mould of the effective cooperative learning——teaching oneself, communication, sharing and improvement. He has got some marked effects. This achievement provides an operative mould for the cooperative learning in big classes.The article contains two parts. The first part is mainly based on the theory. It explains the historical development, definition, basic distinguishing feather, kind method of cooperative learning in systematic ways and reconsiders its definition, kind, etc according the actual situation of our country.In the second part, the author forms this learning mould based on the teaching method of learning dependently, discussion and guiding and remold this method according to the conception of cooperative learning. In this part, the author introduces the way of the implementation, common problems and the tactics of cooperative learning. He provides the detailed feedback of study and analyses the information of the feedback scientifically. He also provides practical teaching plans and live classroom teaching and makes concrete analyses of the two big mistakes in the process of cooperative learning.The author makes a few general conclusions at the end of this article and puts forward a new project on how to avoid the division of a class into two opposing extremes.
