Educational practicum is one of the most important ways through which train normal school students (Pre-service Teachers), and strengthen the combination of theories and practice. However, the college enrollment expansion, which started in 1999, has brought about many problems, including the relative shortage of internship instructors, internship venues, and internship funds, which, in return, will surely lead to the reform of the modes, contents and methods of teaching practice. What is more, the contemporary information technology, which is sweeping the world, is changing our ways of education and learning, and, the digital and virtual technologies have birth to a new form of Teaching Practice, the virtual Teaching Practice. We can refer to the fundamental ideas of the micro-teaching, with the help of the modern multimedia and network technologies, set up virtual classrooms for our teaching practice, thus the virtual teaching practice, as a new form of education and training, can be carried out.This paper, taking improving motivation skill of Pre-service Teachers as an example, designs and develops a simple virtual classroom for teaching practice, and aims at conducting a virtual teaching practice over those to improve Pre-service Teachers' education and teaching skills. Users can acquire motivated knowledge in a simulated environment provided by such virtual classrooms and they can also experience a game of stimulating motivations. In this way, teachers can be expected to better understand and master the knowledge and skills of inspiring motivation in a relatively short period of time.The results show that the virtual teaching practice, while enjoying such advantages as being economical, practical and repeatable, can supplement and enrich the actual teaching practice. Thought the environment of Educational practicum is virtual, its authentic functions and merits can never be denied or even ignored. And so is the users' factual individual experience. It is hoped here that, the present paper can shed some new light on how to carry out teaching practice in normal universities and colleges more effectively, help pre-teachers improve their teaching skills, and lay a sound foundation for their future professional growth.
