With the rise of the Internet penetration rate in China,Internet has a considerableimpacts on people’s lifestyles, learning styles, communication and so on.EducationalInformationization becomes an Irresistible strength, affecting all aspects of the field ofeducation and teaching areas. As an important way, online education changes the sole form oftraditional education. Educational Virtual Communication as a form of online education for itsvirtual, openness, autonomy, equality, and other characteristics, has attracted more and morelearners’ attention and welcome. Learning motivation is a sustainable factors,and it could beinspired through the whole process of learning.As a drive,learning motivation promotes learnerssustained and efficient learning in Educational Virtual Communication.Therefore, in the newonline learning environment, how to make an active participation of teachers and students intoEducational Virtual Communication?How to arouse learners ’ motivation, and improve learners’curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. How can we stimulate the learner’s motivation, and letlearners learning achieve sustainable and efficient results?This study is based on the above issue. Using the method of combining theoretical andempirical perspective, we made an explore based on the course of “Learning Sciences andLearning Technologies” and openlearn Inter-school learning.First of all,we summarized thestatus of research in related areas both home and abroad,and pointed out the problems that existat present in Educational Virtual Communication and the significance of the study. By resolvingthe related concepts, we learned the connotation of Educational Virtual Communication andlearning motivation,and the various classification of learning motivation.Though theclassification is different, but all have crossed meanings. We proposed the importance of learningmotivation through a case analysis.We made an survey on the students who took part in thecourse“Learning Sciences and Learning Technologies”,then we obtained the factors that affectthe stimulation for Learning Motivation in Educational Virtual Communication, and gave severalstrategies for those factors.At last, we proposed conclusion and prospects of the study.Though the analysis, we concludes: Learning motivation is in the whole process of thelearning, and it is the result of interaction of Learners and teachers, learning content, learningenvironment. Teacher factors, learner factors, community environment, community culture arethe four factors affect the stimulation for the Learning motivation in Educational VirtualCommunication.And teacher factors, community environment, community culture are externalfactors,and learner factors are internal factors. In view of the influence factors, We proposed the stimulation of learning motivation strategies in Educational Virtual Communication, throughimproves the external condition and the interior stimulation.
