The Chinese teaching is to raise students'reading ability and the power of expression, to enhance the language accomplishment. The loud reading teaching is a traditional Chinese teaching methodology, an essential approach for students to accumulate language knowledge, cultivate sense of language and develop thinking. No chanting ,no Chinese teaching. However, in the campuses today, what in the classroom is rarely loud reading, but explanations, exercises, endless asks and answers,and the teachers'"inspiration","indication","guidance"and"inquiry".It seems that it is enough for students only to take up their pens, to use their brains, and it is not necessary for students to use their mouths, thus, the oral power of expression and the power of thinking start to degenerate. Especially for students of Vocational schools, bad reading habits, in addition to their weak cultural basis, lack of motivation have caused gradual decrease in their Chinese learning interest and efficiency and, thus a rapid drop in language accomplishment .Therefore, it is an urgent matter for us today to sharpen student's reading ability and the power of expression, to enhance their language accomplishment through raising their chanting level. But the loud reading we mention today is no longer the traditional significance"reading aloud", it has abandoned the chanting goal"study then to be an officer", the spoon-feeding chanting way, the arid chanting content, the rigid chanting method. Loud reading should be an innovational practice under the new idea of instruction.This article believes that it is of vital significance for students of vocational schools to enhance loud reading on basis of inheriting and carrying forward fine traditional Chinese education .Firstly, this article comprehensively has outlined the connotation of loud reading and summarized the historical process of its evolution, thus believes that loud reading is a traditional language teaching method in our country, an important way for the language accumulation and the sense of language raising.Secondly, this article has analyzed the function of loud reading for students of Vocational schools from six aspects of raising the language sense, the esthetic ability and so on. Thirdly ,this article has analyzed the current loud reading teaching situation and the cause and finally proposed some loud reading teaching methods in the vocational schools by combining successful experience of others with my own teaching practice.The teacher must instruct students to grasp the procedure of loud reading, to utilize appropriate skills to complete their loud reading on basis of stimulating the interest of students in loud reading, also, the teacher needs to instruct the students with scientific teaching method and carry on suitable, prompt appraisal.I hope, through implementation of this method, we enable students to foster good loud reading habits, learn the correct loud reading method and then enhance students'language accomplishment.The practice has shown that, through loud reading of textbook articles, students thinking has enlivened, their ability in analysis and understanding has obviously been raised, their view on questions has no longer limited to the"standard answer"of their teachers, on the contrary, they dare to express their own different opinions boldly, their power of expression has been obviously enhanced, their individuality has developed, their interest in extra reading also has been gradually raised. The loud reading enable students to enhance their memory ,to enrich their reading quantity to have the massive quantity of knowledge through various sensation of the eye, the ear, the mouth, the nose during the process of chanting , to feel the rich connotation of language, to raise the language sense, to appropriately express their ideas, and thus to sharpen their language ability, to sense the beauty of music and imagination in language, and, thus to influence their sentiment. The loud reading also deepens their understanding of the article content, and then , to enhance their ideological level. Therefore, chanting is a traditional and effective teaching method. The new idea of education has entrusted it with new connotations. Let us examine loud reading teaching from the new educational perspective of enriching student's language accumulation, raising their language sense, developing their thinking , and enhance loud reading teaching in the view of all-around education.
