Nowadays quality education is developing flourishly. It is no time to delay to improve the students' comprehension, the ability to express their ideas, Chinese attainments in secondary vocational Chinese teaching. On the one hand recently, the quality of the new students in secondary vocational school is lower and lower. On the other hand, teaching is lack of features, the concept is old and the methods drop behind. Therefore, we must reform the current situation in older to improve the students' interest and efficience to Chinese study. Penman deems reading aloud is of great significance to the development of the students in the secondary vocational school on the basis of inheriting and developing the excellent condition. The text aims at the current situation. The penman thinks that reading aloud in Chinese teaching should persist in six principles and take corresponding measures: Student center' s principle puts emphasis on mobilizing the students' positivity; Immersion principle requires emphasizing the students' experience; Methodology principle requires applying scientific methods to direct reading aloud; Individual principle pinpoints that reading aloud accords with the students' characteristic , teaches students in accordance of their aptitude and that has a definite object in view; Diversity principle puts emphasis on combining in class with after class and the forms activity should be various; Overall principle embodies the requirement of three dimensions in course standard and emphasizes that reading aloud should attach importance to feelings, attitude, value concept.
