Teachers'teaching efficacy define itself as the cognition and faith of effectively accomplish teaching task and meet the requirements of teaching. This paper place more emphasis on three aspects of teaching method, cooperative learning and teaching reform, which relects that initialtive and confidence of the individual teacher will some extent affect the degree of teaching-efficacy. This paper takes the PE teachers as study targets in the new curriculum reform of the high schools in Shanghai. Based on Gibson's TES, this paper creates a high school PE teachers TES following the relevant rules of psychology and statistics, While guaranteeing the credit and effectiveness of this paper, it also takes into consideration of the characteristics of the status quo of the teaching in high schools in Shanghai, and make research on the teacher-efficacy of the PE teachers of the high schools in Shanghai. This paper comes to the results as follows: (a) The teaching method of high school PE teacher in Shanghai is of high dimension; cooperative learning is of high dimension; teaching reform is of lower dimension. (b)The factors such as the age of teachers, period of teaching qualification, education background, monthly salary and identity of being a coach or not will have important influence on high school PE teacher in Shanghai. (c) The factors such as the sex, the marriage status, tutor(head teacher) or not, the grade in charge of, the status (prioritized/non-prioritized, suburban/urban) have little influence on the teacher-efficacy of PE teachers of the high schools in Shanghai.In order to reveal the factors that affect the teacher-efficacy of PE teachers of the high schools in Shanghai, this paper, based on the open interview, document study and qualitative research, designs and carries out the questionnaire named The factors affecting the high school PE teachers after the new curriculum revolution in Shanghai. This questionnaire adopts the factor-analysis method, and makes sure the data used are true. This paper finds out that, the main subjective and objective factors affect teacher-efficacy are: environment, nature of work, organization and four personal factors (sub-divided into: working pressure, educational development, students, personal relationship, atmosphere of organization, feature of personality, social factors and family factors).Based on the above-mentioned measures, this paper ,fully takes into account the reality, proposes corresponding countermeasures in order to better the teaching-efficacy of PE teachers in high schools in Shanghai, and to further improve the quality of PE teaching in high schools in Shanghai and provide guidance to the promotion of PE teaching in high schools in Shanghai.
