Standardization Management Of Three-Assistance Project For Graduate

Since 1999, with the economy rapidly developing, our graduate education has entering into a rapid developing era, the massive graduate recruitment has almost came into an end. Comparing with pursuing the scale of recruitment, as a graduate educator, to form a versatile, more levels, and all-round and innovation education system is more important. It means dividend the project into the following 5 parts, Position setting, Employed for positon, Performance evaluation, Salary connected with performance, and File data or materials, it also gave detail explanation on the principles and important notes on each parts respectively. It will give Universal & practical and meaningful guidance to the management department on the three-assistance project in the university.
