Study On The Government-Oriented Governance Of Graduate Employment

Nowadays, the problem of the college graduates' employment has been the focus of the government and the whole society. College graduates are dispensable to the nation's human resources. Well developing the graduate talents will backup for a sound growth of the national economy. In present time, the market plays a fundamental role in deploying human resources while the talent resources market is right in the course of institutional transition and structural readjustment. Therefore, it is far away from full employment of the graduate talents if we settle the problem only with the help of market, enterprises and the individuals. But most of the academic researches focus on a microcosmic level, such as company, college or individuals but few on a point of view of government. Withal, this dissertation tries hard to research into it from four parts in specific.The first part will define some concepts and expound the significance. The second part reviews the evolvement of the employment policy of college graduates, summarizes the current employment situation and point out some problems of the graduating students' employment. Then, the third part, which raises this writer's opinion, demonstrates why we suggest government lead the course in detail. Finally, the fourth part find out the ways to the problem, such as developing the national economy and readjusting industrial structure, setting up exact and universal employment information system, and so on.
