Teaching Quality Evaluation is an important means of the teaching quality management. To build a scientific, systematic and effective teaching quality evaluation system and operational mechanism is of great significance to the strengthening of the quality of higher education and the improvement of the quality of teaching.Classroom teaching is the core of Teaching Quality in colleges, and, it is a complicated systematic work concerning many factors. Teaching Quality Evaluation should be based on the special characteristics of each subject, the subject content, and teaching methods and actual situation others; established on principles such as standard, scientific, and operational. Systematic collection of information, information analysis and a good grasp of teaching, scientific analysis based evaluation, all theses will surely guarantee and enhance the steady improvement of the teaching quality.This study is based on fair, scientific, feasible, operational and comprehensive principle, presents a design of my college teachers Teaching Quality Evaluation system, including the evaluation from students, faculty leaders and the teaching secretaries. Supported by expert advices and trustworthy statistics, it exhibits the reasonable evaluation indicators and their weights, with the help of the methods of fuzzy math and system programming, a database of the teaching quality evaluation for our college teachers is built, and then concluded the Teaching Quality Evaluation System, which is based on the B/S Structure.The evaluation system has a clear interface, quite easy for evaluators like students, teaching secretaries, faculty leaders to present a fair evaluation; Mean while, the teachers themselves can consult the feedbacks, have a more comprehensive understanding of their teaching levels, after finding their advantages and disadvantages, they can take effective measures to improve themselves. This is certainly conducive for the teaching administration to have a fast, effective, comprehensive and systematic reading of the teachers teaching of the school, putting the teaching work on focus. The application of this evaluation system have made the college's teaching management more scientific and more reasonable.
