Class teacher's views on students is a concrete embodiment which is a general views on students reflects in class teacher's work, especially in all kinds of organization and management works in class. It is a kind of cognition and attitude toward the students in class which is based on class management. Views on students of class teacher in primary school is directed toward the pupil's characteristics of body and mind and their needs in growth. It is also directs toward the specific situation in class management. Views on students influences efficiency of a class, pupil's growth and class teacher's own development directly. It is a very important factor to improve the class's construction, promote the growth of pupils completely and healthy, realize teacher's own professional development.In China, more researches on the class teacher's professional development are fastened on the specific operational works and cases, but lack for a investigate deeply of basic logos of the class teacher. More researches on views on students are fastened on general teachers, but lack for the class teachers. More researches on the class management are fastened on the management theory and specific method, but lack for the angle from education. This thesis tries to combine these three fields and makes up for a deficiency. At the same time, this thesis tries to combine theory and practice based on a real and objective presentation of current situation.This thesis is made up of introduction, three chapters of main text and conclusion part. Part of Introduction mainly introduces the background and meaning of choosing this subject, definition of the relevant concepts, literature synthesis and research scheme. Chapter One investigates the concrete meanings of views on students of class teacher in primary school in there class work. Chapter Two really presents an actual state of class teacher's views on students relatively, especially some theory and practice problems. It is takes the class teachers in primary school in Hefei as an example. Chapter Three analyzes the factors which affect the class teacher's views on students, and provides some suggestions about transformation on class teacher's views on students from state, school, class teacher and society these four aspects. Part of Conclusion returns to the origin of the research and tries to answer the confusion at the beginning and emphasizes the meaning of views on students of the class teacher in primary school again.
