| Primary education is an important part of the process of students’ growth into talents.The daily management level of the primary school class determines the education level of the school.As the actual administrator of the class,the class teacher manages to teach,manage students,regulate their behaviors,conduct ideological and political education through the class management.The research on the status situation and problems of class management of class teachers is related to the cultivation of students’ core quality,the demand of social development and talent,and the improvement of the problems of class management,so as to improve the vitality of the primary school,promote the all-round development of students and enhance the capacity of the class teacher.This study selected X primary school in T city as the research object,and studied the current situation and problems of class management in primary school class teachers through questionnaire survey,interview and non-participatory observation.The research found that there were differences in gender,age,working years,education background and the length of time as class teachers in the four dimensions of education and teaching,class construction,collaboration and work effectiveness.Combined with the data of questionnaire survey and non-participatory observation records as well as the interview records of teachers and parents,it is found that gender and age differences of primary school class teachers lead to differences in teaching methods,teaching subjects selection and class management effect.There are some problems in class management,such as different enthusiasm for completing goals,different communication with students and different degree of reflection.In the improvement of class management ability,there are problems such as differences in students’ experience in individual education,different opinions on being required to participate in discussions and exchanges,and different enthusiasm to participate in training.Then through to the teacher in class management status in each variable problems cause analysis,found that the teacher in charge of the thinking mode affects the teaching method,their professional knowledge level,difficult to corresponding classes ages concentration lead to class management don’t work well,difference in impact target class management,communicate with school,work to improve the effect of consciousness,Teaching students’ ability is in direct proportion to their working time,long working years will lead to lower enthusiasm for class management,and academic background will affect the self-efficacy of class management,which are the causes of class management problems.Based on exploring the current situation and problems of class management of class teachers and related causes,this study puts forward some countermeasures to improve the class management ability of the class teacher in different aspects according to the influence of gender,age,working years,academic qualifications,length of time as head teacher,etc.First,to reasonably build the primary school class teacher team,to bring forward the experience of the old teacher,and to enhance the overall level of the class teacher’s team.Second,to enhance the self-efficiency of primary school class teachers,to create a good working atmosphere,and to conduct reasonable salary performance awards,to promote the class teacher to constantly enhance their own ability.Third,to improve the effectiveness of primary school class teacher class management ability training,the training mechanism of the head teacher,the knowledge mastery level of the class teacher in the training through effective competition approaches. |
