At present the area of human resources management education growing importance, related study also showed increasing trend. On the education of human resources management research status systematic analysis and thinking is not only China's education human resource management of their own development needs, but also can promote China's educational human resources development of the practice of management.The purpose of this study using content analysis and literature, the collection from 1982 to 2007 China's educational human resources management in the literature, using content analysis literature will be translated into quantitative data to the data as "material" from research method, type of study, the researchers units, the researchers regions, such as research on the six dimensions of the respective contents of the literature of statistics and quantitative description of the characteristics of the field study, the main content and outlook studies for possible future development trend.First, the combination of the characteristics of the times and study their own development, education and manpower resources management studies can be divided into the initial stage (1982-1993), the transition phase (1994-2000), development stage (2001-2007) three different stages, each stage studies with different characteristics. In this study were from six different dimensions of the stage were analyzed and discussed.Secondly, the study of education on human resources management, including the basic theoretical research, and basic research areas, environmental studies three plates were analyzed. Which includes basic theoretical research and education and human resources development between research, education, human resources management research and education in the nature of human resources management system of three disciplines; basic research areas including planning, appointment, training, incentives, wages, evaluation, career 7 session; environmental studies included Regulation environmental research, environmental research organizations, and social environments in three parts.Finally, the study on education and manpower resource management were reviewed and prospects. First, from three studies concluded plate education research involving human resources management and the contents of the consensus reached by the second from different dimensions of the education of human resources management study of major issues, found that human resource management education in China exist on a single type and methods, research has obvious bias of the imbalance between research object, the research team is not perfect, uncoordinated regional development studies major issues in the third on education and manpower resource management for the future development of the Prospect . Future research will be the development of the following five aspects: the expansion and deepening of the content, the integrated use of research methods, academic System Construction, theory and practice the organic integration, research and exchange of the building of the contingent.
