As the new curriculum of Chinese language go deep into reform increasing, language cultivated manners are concerned highly by educational circles. The culture of language cultivated manner is rich, thus it doesn't mean disorder, unsystematic and all-inclusive. Besides, the process of cultivating this manner can follow some rules. The synergetic development of language cultivated manners is based on the viewpoint of synergetic development and bring cooperative effect of Chinese language teaching into full play. It is an organized process that urges students' structure of language cultivated manner to be order shifting form disorder. As a complicated systematic project, fostering the development of language cultivated manner involves varied educational aspects. Form the internal function, it can scrutinize Chinese language teaching with the help of coordinate requirement; form the external function, it resonate the needs of the times and society. By the coordination with the internal and external key elements of the system of Chinese language teaching, the synergetic development of students' language cultivated manners makes Chinese language coordinate with teaching, truly becomes a best way to achieve the synergetic development of students' language cultivated manners and turns into a mutual hope of numerous educational researchers of Chinese language teaching.However, fostering students' language cultivated manners deviates from synergetic development in the practice of Chinese language teaching in our country. Contradiction and conflict even emerge in the subsystem inside or outside the language cultivated manner, which seriously influence students' comprehensive accord development. Therefore, whether or not correctly understand, seize and handle synergetic development of students' language cultivated manners are related to every students' sustainable development. Chinese language education should break the traditional teaching mold and change its single-handed pattern, especially in facing international drastic competition and the social needs of multi-skill talented person. Giving students more free organized space is to construct a novel teaching mold of language coordination that is a sort of multi-direction interaction, cooperation paragenesis and mutual optimization in academic subject, outside academic subject and during academic subject. It creatively applies synergetic development's related theories to Chinese language teaching, realizes students' synergetic development of language cultivated manners and lays the solid foundation for students' sustainable development.In view of that fact, this research is based on the related domestic and foreign theories. First, from the point of related concept and theory, the research mainly give a clear definition of the key concepts such as, language cultivated manner, synergetic development, language cultivated manner of synergetic development etc. From the subjective and objective condition of students' language cultivated manner of synergetic development, the study adopts the research methods such as, literature review, case study etc, and draws in system theory, organized theory and related theory. It takes advantage of ready-made literature materials and combines the present situation of Chinese language teaching in the new curriculum reform with the background of International and domestic reform, which analyses the necessity and feasibility of synergetic development of students' language cultivated manner. By studying the coordinate mechanism of the subsystem inside or outside the Chinese language teaching system during the process of language cultivated manner development, the study reveals the teachers' role transformation. Basing on this, it establishes main teaching strategies and implementation ways that suit the synergetic development of students' language cultivated manner in order to distill its characteristic. Furthermore, the research considers the language comprehensive learning as a case study and establishes a pattern which promotes the synergetic development of students' language cultivated manner by language coordination with teaching.
