Investigation On The School Strategy Of The Prevention Of Problem Student Criminals

At the present time, the teenager criminal, is shocking at the sight, and becoming more and more serious. Prevention of teenager criminals has aroused broad attention of the society. Prevention of teenager criminals should be a system engineering which incorporates the prevention of the family, the school and the society. The school bears a heavy task in the prevention of the teenager criminals. Moreover, the school prevention acts as the backbone function in this systems engineering.From all kinds of investigations, the problem students are the main body of the teenager criminals. Prevention of problem student criminals can effectively reduce the teenager criminals. Through visiting, investigation and information consulting, the author sums up the following typical behaviors of problem students: not interested by studying, having bad score in study, bad behavior habit, empty spirit, no greater aspiration, disregarding at the disciplines and laws, etc. Afterwards, the author analyzed the education cause of the formation of the problem students and the inappropriate attitude of the school on the problem students. The author pointed out that, the bad growing up environment, the oneness of the evaluation system of the exam-oriented education, the simple education method of the teachers, the unhealthy management system of the school and the low effectiveness of psychology education constitute the school reason of the formation of problem students.Moreover, the inappropriate attitude of the school, such as extruding the problem students into the society, weakening the education of the problem students and conniving at the problem students' misdeeds etc., further pushed forwards the problem student criminals happened. Finally, based on the analysis of the education reasons of the problem students formation, the author brings forward the education strategy and management strategy of the school. The author concludes that the school need to setup the thought of the quality-oriented education, reinforce the moral character education, law education and psychology education, strengthen the communication between the school and the families. Moreover, the school need to give the problem students special care, special policy and special actions while the school trying to transform the problem students. At the same time, the author pointed out that the mechanism of beforehand alarming to effectively prevent the teenager crimes.
