With the revolutionary of new courses entering into our classrooms gradually, more and more schools apply the technology of information in their classrooms. Because of the high speed, simple use, stability and advantage in system management, blog is favored by many teachers. More and more teachers have already learned how to use the blog and how to utilize the blog to prompt their own development in their specialty. Now blog is considered to be related to the teacher's professional development in many researches, but not many results can improve it. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore whether blog can prompt the teachers' professional development and how to prompt it.The whole thesis applied the qualitative methods and laid out a vivid case based on the teacher's professional life with using blog. The thesis describes how the teacher used two different bolgs—"learning house" and "idealistic tree" in her work and life. According to the passages, comments, left messages and the number accessing blogs, the author analyzes the influence on the teacher. The author does her best on showing the clear way for me to develop her own specialty with using blog and provides much information for other research.In the research the two ways of blog using are processed at the same time. One is learning house. It presents synchronous teaching and implements teaching management in maths which the parents and students expected. And it explores how blog extends classroom, how to build learning field based on internet, how to form some students' individual message, how to communicate with parents well and so on. The other is learning tree. It is a blog where the teacher saves her learning information, records daily life, reflects her teaching and expresses her feelings. It faces to other teachers and educational workers. The author also expected to rouse the teachers in communication and consideration and tried to explore how blog impact the teachers on understanding the text-book, how to consider and solve the problems and how to mix the education into the life.According to more than two-year practice, the two blogs collect the intelligence of teachers, students and parents. At first the two blogs search the developing way independently, and now they have combined together and turned into a small educational net which included educational fans, parents of junior schools, teachers and junior students.the results show:1 Using blog can improve the teachers' ability on information and writing provides an opportunity to consider their teaching.2 Wring blog habitual can inspire the teacher, help them to release the pressure and get along well with their students.3 The number accessing blog is the influential guarantee. And the passage writing by the teachers themselves is the soul. The comment should extend the passage and encourage the bloger and the bloger should answer them in time.4 The investigative spirit is the impetus for the development of teachers' blog. The teaching practices using blog is the promotion for the development of teachers' specialty.5 Teachers' professional life based on blog can build a small educational net. It can help daily teaching and teachers' development.6 Author introduces the concept and technology of blog in her case and hopes to give many help to other researches.7 Generally, the experience of blog using included: The return of the right to speak, worship of technology, the functional development phase, lost the ebb period to inspire education inspiration period, the integration of work and life maturity.8 When the teacher can't use blog freely, it is not helpful to ask the students to use it.After the research, I find that the teacher can change his own blog into a small educational net to prompt the relation with the students. As a new net communicative tool, it can build suppositional community. Because of its open, it can become the center of teaching and organizing and let the students in an open space. The teacher turns a manager and instructor in the classroom. The process of teaching and learning are clarity. The teacher's work is comprehensive, complicated and communicative. The information and problems can be collected in time. The blog has been the epitome of the teachers' professional life and the files bag of the teachers' professional development.
