Along with our country elementary education curriculum reform’s advance, the curriculum resource development has become a new luminescent spot, the difficulty to appear in front of the general teachers. The curriculum resource development’s research angle of view is expanding unceasingly, Knowledge management’s related theory also gradually enters the research sight. Introduces the Knowledge management the correlation theories is not only the resource development essence "humanist","the resource innovation" the basic request in the curriculum resource development, to promotes the school sustainable development, the effective teaching and the teacher career development and so on has the very high value in front. This research knowledge management’s angle of view, elaborated the school knowledge management fully in the curriculum resource development important position and the value, aims to curriculum resource development in the process of implementation migration "knowledge management process" theory, to construct curriculum resources exploitation process and management strategy, and fully exploit the potential out of school curriculum resources, make the curriculum more rich more effectively promote teaching; also aims to improve teachers’professional quality and strengthen the teachers group cooperation consciousness in the development process. This article in view of developed the curriculum resources with knowledge management’s correlation theories the question to carry on the elaboration. The paper includes five parts:The first part separately has mainly outlined the knowledge management correlation theories which uses in the curriculum resources development, including knowledge category theory, knowledge management flow, study organization theory. This chapter provides the theory support for the curriculum resource development. The second part elaborated the knowledge management to the curriculum resource development value and the function. Mainly elaborated the school knowledge management pays attention the recessive knowledge dominance, favors the curriculum resources the development; In knowledge management’s knowledge warehouse may prevent the curriculum resources the outflow; Paid great attention the cultural reconstruction to provide the powerful guarantee for the curriculum resource sharing; Finally elaborated the knowledge management take the knowledge innovation as a goal, this is helpful to the school characteristic.The third part elaborated the curriculum resources characteristic and the development principle from under knowledge management’s angle of view.
