With the rapid development of China's higher education, colleges and universities' recruiting students and students' employment situation has also undergone a profound change, and the employment of university graduates has become the focus of attention, especially as our professional sports schools, graduates 'employment situation should not be optimistic, It become one of the priorities. In order to understand our graduates' employment situation to provide a reference for graduates, improve a better adapted ability to the current employment environment, and raise the competitiveness of them, and the author integrated use of literature, interviews, questionnaire survey , and other research methods, to conduct a survey and analysis of the 2007 session 'employment-related graduates ,results are as follows:1, through analysis of employment part, the results showed that: (1) from the concept of employment: our college graduates employment aim are practical, authorized "money"' (income)a great stadus as the individual 'pursuit of a career performance .in the career choosing processes ,they pursuit "iron rice bowl" relatively enthusiastic, the relative puzzled about their own innovating careers. (2) Analysis of information from employment: our graduates mainly through the mass media and interpersonal sources of information sources and specialized employment information source access to employment information. (3) from Employment of judgement: our graduates employment have a characteristics ,they are more active. (4) the choice of employment Analysis: our graduates employment options from the salary levels, treatment quality of the work environment, the development tendency , professional counterparts, and other factors is the result of comprehensive selection. (5) from employment Decision Analysis our graduate employment decision-making mainly reflected in the employment opportunity and employment in the grasp of area choice.2, employment of our graduates curent situation: (1) the first employment rate of graduates are normal (2) the place where graduates going for employment are diversified and flexible (3) graduates relative concentrated in the area in the eastern part of China's higher economic development region (4) difference between graduates of different major have no significant difference in employment3, affect our graduates curent employment situation' factors (1) social factors: employment system, the social needs, social relations, and so on greatly impact on graduates, (2) personal factors: personal graduates of the career concepts, the overall quality of education , economic status, gender, the employment impact of the graduates (3) School: professional structure, employment guidance, employment information, visibility, the level of teaching, and so on the employment impact of graduates.4, in view of the above analysis results ,we give a responses: (1) on social factors: fair, and competitive manner, choosing better,order are the bases of the emploement market (2) the ability of the student employment: to improve employment of graduates of our college, The following aspects should proceed first, change their concept on employment, and the second is to improve their overall quality, and the third is doing a good job preparations before taking job, fourth have job-seeking skills, attention to the details of job-seeking. (3) guidance on employment: full employment guidance; raise employment guidance theory level, and promote our building of the contingents professional counsellors; follow-up services and take measures to boost employment of graduates; gradually introduced professional mentoring systerm (4) on the Employment Information: take scientific information servicesand personalized measures.
