Study On Internal Management System Of Independent College

Recent years, Independent College, that has the advantages of famous brand universities in natural resources and flexible running mechanism in non-government school has developed rapidly. Now, the general trend of development of higher education is education popularizing, so, in our country, in order to change the heavy population burden to human resource, we should explore a new develop mode to change this actuality. The development of Independent College is an important strategic measure to realize the popularity of high education which advanced the education special to popular and meanwhile, it can also be thought as an important "reform of state-owned enterprises" in high education. In order to enhance the overall strength comprehensively, Independent College should not only pay much effort to innovate the modes of running a school, but also to improve the efficiency of internal management systems. Then Independent Colleges can develop more rapidly and healthily and meet the requirement of higher education and social development.
