Research On The Teaching Resources Construction Of Higher Vocational Education Based On The CELTS Standards

As the application of information technology in higher vocational education widespread and deepening, the content of higher vocational education information has been gradually from the construction of infrastructure facilities into digital teaching resources building, and digital teaching resources provide a good network learning environment for teachers and students. Therefore the research and the exploration suit the higher vocational education characteristic the teaching resources construction plan to enhance and the improvement higher vocational education teaching method, the optimized teaching environment, improve aspects and so on quality of teaching to have the very vital significance.Looking at the current status of higher vocational education's construction of teaching resources, I found that although many institutions have set up their own library of teaching resources, but many of them do not follow the standards of building resources, thus resulting in the sharing of resources and transmission difficulties, to a certain extent of hindering the process of education information. China's higher vocational education with the characteristics of this paper, based on China's Modern Distance Education CELTS standard system based on the standards of teaching resources-building programmes.This paper is divided into four parts, the first building on the teaching resources of the relevant concepts for higher vocational education and the characteristics of the current higher vocational institutions in the teaching resources problems in the aspect of the building were analyzed second part of the current domestic external teaching resources of the relevant building standards and the clear teaching in higher vocational education should be followed in the construction resources specific criteria; third part of the basis CELTS teaching resources related to the construction of the teaching standards of overall resources and design principles and ideological content , the overall structure and function of the system of teaching resources to do a detailed design; fourth on the part of teaching resources in the construction of key technologies and operating system development environment as a analysed, and higher vocational education should be the focus of their video resources to do the case analysis.
