A Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Teachers' Responsibility Fulfillment In China

The responsibility is ubiquitous and exits all the time. Every person takes the responsibility for other people, for the nature, for the society as well as for his own all his life. Undertaking responsibility is essential to human beings. Nowadays, our country is being in the social transition period, when there appear many social problems urgently waiting to be solved, among which, responsibility has become prominent. Teachers are the key aspect of the education development and nation soaring. For the reason, it has a more special significance to study teachers'responsibility. At present, the quality of teachers in our country enhances unceasingly. The majority of teachers make their efforts to act well on their own operating posts. However, we must admit that some of them aren't responsible. This article aims at providing the enlightenment and countermeasures for the better fulfillment of teachers'responsibilities in China by analyzing the influencing factors and realistic problems, based on understanding the basic condition of responsibility fulfillment of the contemporary teachers .The main body is divided into three parts:The first part is the explanation of the teachers'responsibility including concept, connotation as well as significance and value.The second part analyzes the influencing factors of teachers'responsibility fulfillment based on a questionnaire survey result which includes six aspects, namely the sense of responsibility, responsibility ability, teacher control systems, the law and the moral rules, the public opinions and the anticipation as well as the student factor.The third part proposes the realistic solution strategy aimed at the main problems of teachers'responsibility fulfillment in China.
