This thesis gives high light on harmonics teaching of music class in senior high school.The Standard of Ordinary Senior High School Music Courses (experiment), the following is called abbreviated Standard, has brought a series of reform for the music class in senior high school, from characteristics to concept and from curriculum object to the design idea of curriculum structure. So the teaching discussion and research centered on the new curriculum and new textbooks become more and more popular. Guided by the basic spirit of new standard and quality-oriented education, the discussion about the new form and new method for musical teaching under the design idea of curriculum structure and the full push of aesthetic education are the most important and urgent subject for every educator. According to the analysis of teaching content of the six models in the musical textbook, this thesis setting in the above background takes the harmonics teaching as the breakthrough point. Using the character of sound and easily-operated in the composing system of computer music, and taking advantage of musical art, the musical class will be controlled through the charming of harmonics art, so that musical educational reformation in senior high school can be improved.This thesis consists of four items. The first item is the introduction followed by a brief foreword. There are here two aspects. One is about the rising of the problem, which will be answered from the point of chance of reform, the demands of students and aesthetic requirements. And another aspect is about the significance of research. It will be discussed from practice and theory.The second item is the principal part including six aspects of problems. 1. The present analysis on music curriculum of senior school in China. 2. The development situation of music curriculum in the international world. 3. The advantage of the teaching breakthrough point based on the harmonics knowledge. 4. The choosing principle for the content of the harmonics knowledge in music curriculum in senior high school. One is based on the analysis of the implied harmonics knowledge of the works in musical textbooks, and the other is based on the survey analysis about students'acceptance. Lastly, it is the support of modern teaching technology. 5. The introduction of harmonics knowledge suited for the music curriculum in senior high school. It depends on the choosing principle, selects elaborately the basic concepts, regulations and examples which can be used by teachers. 6. The research on teaching method. It includes 3 problems. Firstly it is about the appliance of modern teaching technology, introducing several widely used soft wares. Secondly it is the teaching guide which is designed according to harmonics knowledge in musical appreciation model. Thirdly it is about how to improve the harmonics teaching through the use of works and it will also introduce the teaching rehearse of the chorus guided by harmonics knowledge. The third item deals with the reminder part, consisting of three problems. 1. The teaching suggestion of harmonics knowledge aiming at the other teaching model. 2. The preparation and cultivation of faculty. 3. The preparation of modern teaching equipment. And the last part is the conclusion.
