Teachers'professional emotion is a very important task. With the in-depth development of educational reform,teachers'job pressure becomes more and more heavy. Teachers'job burnout has been existed to a certain extent and the lack of teachers'job happiness. All these will bring bad affect to the education. Good teachers'professional emotion takes positive significance and effective function on strengthening teachers'professional conviction and steadying the teachers'team.
