Many researches indicate that labor migration and economic growth affects each other: labor migration can promote economic growth and the economic growth can accelerate labor migration. Therefore, it's important to do research for university graduates for the target to help devising economical stratagems and labor stratagems. Domestic researchers often use sample data to do research because of lack of cosmically data, thus the research results have the shortage of reliability. This research uses the MOE university graduates data of 2006, try to analyze two problems:1,Which factors can affect the graduates during making migration decision, and how these factors work.2,What's of China university graduates'migration trend, and which factors affect the trend.By data describing and regressing, we can draw these conclusions:1,Gender,education,economical development,school level of the graduates evidently affects the migration decision making.2,East of china is the graduates-inflow area, by contrast, the middle of China and west of China are the graduates-outflow areas.3,Whether an area is graduates-inflow or graduates-outflow was affected by economical development of this area, at the same time it affects the character of graduates who inflow to this area.
