China's Modern Universities Internal Power Study

Generally speaking, the role of power in a total of academic power, executive power and other powers, which is the core of power: the academic and administrative authority, which along with the creation of the University of creation and keeping developing. This dual power structure by the University has been decided by the organization's own characteristics, as a university academic organizations, academic power is the core of the University and the inherent logic requires, as an official social organizations, the executive power is the power of university management indispensable, the two conflict and coordination through out the university in the operation of the entire development.At present, the academic community generally believe that in China's colleges and universities, there is a phenomenon that the administrative power has been generalizated and the academic power has been weakened. As well as known, things to the development of the continuity of history, the University is no exception. At present, China University of sophisticated internal power needs of the recovery back. China's modern sense of the University Farenxu end of the Qing Dynasty, after Taiwan, the Nationalist government, the new China during the construction period and the Cultural Revolution, the historical period of reform and opening up. This paper mainly inspected the late Qing Dynasty, in the National Government of Chinese three historical stages of the University of internal power, which mainly from the University of historical background, the University of power within the established system based on the internal organization and competence of the three dimensions of the University launched the internal power study. According to the above three dimensions followed by the late Qing Dynasty, in the National Government launched during the university's internal power analysis,the following conclusions as:Late Qing Dynasty university's internal penetration and strong feudal bureaucratic atmosphere, the school's institutions, personnel and job title is with the system of government of the Qing Dynasty imperial power match. Late Qing Dynasty university's internal administrative powers occupy the core of academic power unhealthy, the power to set an academic power, the two combined. In this period, as the Professor, appraisal organizations such as the establishment of academic power to be raised. Academic and administrative authority in the state of combining break, academic powers and executive powers from the beginning, and the right relationship between the two reached a certain balance. During the Nationalist government period, because of the war, the political out of control makes academic freedom, autonomy has been followed, in particular the students who returned from the weasten countrise ,educators and the university presidents effort, the internal academic power to be assured that academic power and the executive power to further separation, and even lower the academic focus of power, the power to shift the focus on the tendency of academic power and the executive power relations in modern times to achieve the best balance.Because of the research capabilities and the historical data limitations, this paper for the University of power within China's modern research is based on the macro level, the main power authority, as well as how to implement the results of power at the micro level, such as not involved, this is a shortcoming of this study.
