The objective of Confucian harmonious education is to cultivate man into fully harmonious development person, which is concordant with the other people, society and the nature. In order to reach that point, Confucius advocated the harmonious education, which including the thoughts of everyone being equally cultivated, love for everybody, coherent development between the education and learning, all-around education and seeking for harmony, Harmonious education has a great influence, and was carry forward by the later generations. Confucius attached importance to the function of which Chinese learning help to form man's awareness, emotion and intention. And it has an influence to ancient Chinese traditional education, and makes ancient Chinese education particularly to lay stress on the harmonious of essential factors such as teaching course and teaching environment, the principles of all-around education and moderate education. Confucius's thought of harmonious education and its implementation has provided theory basis, helping us to solve the many problems that we must analyze and solve in the Chinese teaching today.The introduction of this article analyzed the main problems which exists in our Chinese teaching, such as attaching importance to intellective development and neglect the non-intellective education text , neglecting sensation of the text. attaching importance to analyzing the text and neglecting sensation of the text. he cause of emergence problem has been analyzed., in a word ,is the various relations of Chinese education " fails to keep on good terms " has led to the emergence of problem .The intension and development and implementation principle of harmonious education thought of Kong Zi introduced to The first part in this text.These principles include : In education,there is no distinction between classes and benevolence person loves the thing and the generous face of five of teaching benefits teacher and student alike and comprehensive and just neutralization of comprehensiveness.These principles make Confucius education embody the characteristic that equal democracy was cooperated , and the teaching appears the characteristic of comprehensiveness comprehensive and appropriate measure .Second part in this text has been discussed the harmonious education thought of Confucius and is reached and arouse the effect to present age Chinese education in the China ancientry development and influence of Chinese . It is harmonious to point out that teaching course harmonious and the teaching environment is laid stress on in contemporary Chinese education , and lays stress on the comprehensive teaching of comprehensiveness , and lays stress on confidence of appropriate measure .The third part of this text is with the ancient and modern method that contrasts , discusses frank generation of characteristic of Chinese humanity ., also analyse frankly to take the place of middle school student's mentality characteristic , and from this two characteristics sets out to discuss frank generation of Chinese to need harmonious education.The forth part of the text discuss how the harmonious education thought of Kong Zi is used in Chinese teaching of the present age The principle that the method chiefly has to explain in words with teaches by personal example the each other combination with the feeling movingly and carry out principle , religions with the combination of equally democratic cooperation and comprehensive and comprehensiveness teaching principle and positively open-minded greatly Chinese activity and grasps good " the degree " six aspects principles .
