Investigation On The Education Of Normal University Students’ Morality

Education is the core element of hundreds of years’ nation plan while at thesame time, teacher is seen as the core element of education’s program. The educationof Normal University is playing an important role on supplying qualified teachers towidespread primary school and Junior high school of basic level. Teachers’ moralityis the key element for determine whether the teacher is qualified or not. Teachers’morality level determines the future of our nation’s basic education, all of theuniversities need to pay a highly attention and strengthen education of NormalUniversity students’ morality realistic.This article is focusing on Normal University’s students, emphasizing thereinforcement of the education of Normal University students’ morality andpromoting the morality level of the Normal University students. With the spirit ofrespecting the education and telling the truth while using the related knowledge ofideology, pedagogic, psychology and ethics. Analyze the problems and the reasonsfrom the present situation of the education of Normal University students’ moralitythrough seeking documents, investigating questions, interviewing representativesand observing. Not only that, but also on the basic of the above, this article raises thebasic principles and the practical measures.This article is composed by four parts. Firstly, the origin, meaning of theinvestigation and the explanation of the present situation of the research supplies thefoundation for the investigation. Secondly, the related theory discussion on theeducation of Normal University students’ morality defines several conception of theformal topic, explain the necessity and the science meaning and raise the methods ofthe related problems. Thirdly, from the analysis on the present situation of theeducation of Normal University students’ morality, analyze the existing problemsand the reasons. Fourthly, this article strengthens the basic principles and the practical measures, emphasizes the education not only has to follow the normalprinciples of the morality education, but also has to follow the respective university’sspecial principles. Using this as a foundation, this article raises the practicalmeasures of strengthening the education of Normal University students’ moralitythrough the class, the practical place, using the resource of the local teachers’morality, establishing the standard of the Normal University students’ morality andhighly emphasizing the importance of the Normal University students.
