There are two essential premises to make moral education in middle school scientific,pointed and effective, and advance the formation and development of middle school students' Ideological Cultivation. On one hand, it is important to have a better understanding of middle school students' mental structure of morality and the problems arising in the formation and development of it; on the other hand, it is also necessary to master the general rules as well as the particularity of the development and formation of modern middle school students' moral psychology. This article starts with the introduction of the definition of morality, structure and moral structure and various factors that affect the formation and development of middle school students' Ideological Cultivation; then the article expounds the problems appearing in the formation and development of middle school students' Ideological Cultivation. Based on it, the article explores the process, mechanism, stages and features of the formation and development of middle school students' Ideological Cultivation and shows the general rules as well as the particularity of the development and formation of modern middle school students' moral psychology. Furthermore, it exposits the aims and methods of making a research on the formation and development of middle school students' Ideological Cultivation, which has a great enlightenment significance to strengthening and improving the moral education in middle school.
