| The teachers' professional development, which is characterized by improving teachers' inner professional quality and professional practice, has become the central topics of teachers' specialization and is gradually becoming the focuses people attach importance to and one of the central issues among contemporary educational reforms. China's basic education reform and the new curriculum are being comprehensively advanced. This has brought forward the brand new but higher requirements to middle school physics teacher's special field quality, but, in reality, actual special field of middle school physics teacher quality still has no minor gap away from the demands. Therefore, how to improve the quality of middle school physics teachers in studying the special field has become a task of top priority.This study on high-school teachers in the existing professional development on the basis of high-school teachers for the professional development of physics has constructed a new systematic professional quality structure. This structure includes four aspects: high-school physics teachers' occupational ethics, their education ideas, specialized knowledge and specialized ability. Each of these areas also includes a number of sub-items, high-school physics teachers' career development is under the teachers' own intrinsic factors and the external conditions together with functions, unceasingly renewing the specialized knowledge, sharpening the specialized ability , and causing it gradually to move towards specialized perfectness and mature processes. Compared with other various teachers' career development, high-school physics teachers' career development has both their general characteristics, and their particularities.The access channels of high-school physics teachers' professional qualities include learners' experiences, pre-job training experiences and experiences under way. Which means greater impact on the professional development of the high-school physics teachers? To find out the answer of the question , I have investigated from the aspects concerned about the teachers' own primary and secondary education, pre-employment trainings, in-service training, organized professional activities, exchanges with colleagues, reading professional journals and reflects on their own teaching and some other aspects . The survey shows that the pre-professional trainings, school-based trainings ,which are described as external, not internal, do not meet the needs of teachers .Only when teachers are fully respected in the training suitable for their internal needs, various professional development measures of teachers can achieve substantial and satisfactory results.Countries all over the world are studying the professional development of teachers, hoping to explore the ways of professional maturity, and make it more effective and efficient. Compared with the professional development standards, teachers in China, to some extent, has met the requirements of professional standards. However, as China is among developing countries from a later start in teachers' education, its specialization level is not high. Combining the requirements of modern education development and the characteristics of professional development of high school physics teachers, this article holds the idea that physics teachers should constantly improve their own quality from the aspects of vocational, educational concepts, expertise and professional capability.How to realize the professionalism of high-school physics teachers under the background of the new curriculum? Guided by modern curriculum and teaching theories, I have put forward a number of practical and effective measures to enhance professional promotions about physics teaching in secondary schools .These measures include: 1. learning channels; 2. teaching reflections and writing teaching cases; 3. systematic implementations of the new curriculum, and promotions of professional standards of teachers. |
