New age, new concept of the teacher's request, the majority of teachers faced with severe challenges. How to deal with the challenges, one of the fundamental strategy is to promote professional development of teachers, which is to enhance the professional quality of teachers. Therefore, this professional quality outstanding teachers to primary and secondary schools for the topic, through content analysis of their professional qualities, combined with conclusions made recommendations to improve the quality of the teaching profession.Firstly, the "Education Digest Weekly" in the 108 primary and secondary school teachers in professional quality conducted a statistical analysis, mainly from the basic situation of outstanding teachers, outstanding teachers of values, the basic idea, teachers and students view, professional knowledge of literacy, six aspects of education, professional skills statistics.Secondly, several aspects of the above analysis shows that:In terms of values, the value of outstanding teachers with the noble pursuit, especially for the education of love and dedication. Basic concepts in terms of education, outstanding teachers reflects the people-centered philosophy of education, emphasized the educational function of education. In view of teachers and students, the outstanding teachers respect the dominant position of students, focusing on the cultivation of good relations between teachers and students. Quality in terms of expertise, outstanding teachers focus on education theory knowledge. Professional skills in education, outstanding teachers focus their teaching capacity, and growth through a variety of ways to their own professional knowledge, and reflect on the professional development of their own internal needs.Finally, Based on the statistical analysis and discussion, draw inspiration:from the school point of view, schools should provide teachers with a good development space; from the perspective of teacher education, teacher education programs should meet the requirements of professional quality of teachers; from the teachers themselves perspective, teachers should improve the professional quality through a variety of ways, to adapt themselves to the rapid development and education of social change in the object. From a social point of view, society should give teachers a reasonable expectation.
