In recent years, how to improve teachers' professional development has become a hot topic in today's theoretical education sector and education reform practice. School-based training about improving teachers' accomplishment has been being concerned gradually. Because the young teachers are the backbone of the school development, strengthening the training of them is a long-term task as well as an important subject for the school need to solve now. Then how to improve their rapid growth and help them decide on the degree, level and direction of the future professional development in their career critical period ? In this thesis, the writer takes the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University for example to analyze the school-based training of the young teachers. The paper is divided into four parts.Part 1: The foreword and literature summarization. It introduce the origin of the research, the meaning and connotation of school-based training, the current research actuality, and the goal, content and meaning of this paper.Part 2: The actuality of school-based training of young teachers in the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University. It investigates the faculty of the school and talks about the origin and the development process of the school-based training of the young teachers in the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University. Part 3: The school-based training mode of the young teachers in the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University. It analyses the principle and process of the training implement, the way of evaluation and examination and summarizes the practice.Part 4: The summary and the thinking of the experience of the school-based training in the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University. It shows the results and emphasizes the characteristic of the school-based training in High School Attached to Hunan Normal University with contrasting the reality of other high schools in Changsha. It also provides the research of the school-based training with some fresh cases according to the growth track of the young teachers in the school-based training and hopes to find a school-based training mode that is suitable for the young teachers to develop their major in the reality. At the same time, it tries to analyze the problems and raise the reasonable suggestions starting from the concrete practice.
