Investigation On The School-based Training Of The Young Teachers In The High School Attached To Hunan Normal University

In recent years, how to improve teachers' professional development has become a hot topic in today's theoretical education sector and education reform practice. School-based training about improving teachers' accomplishment has been being concerned gradually. Because the young teachers are the backbone of the school development, strengthening the training of them is a long-term task as well as an important subject for the school need to solve now.
