As we all know,the development of education lies in teachers,and teachers' classroom teaching behavior and effect is the most important part of education.In2011,"Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" was implemented in China.Since then,a large number of physical education teachers began to learn the latest teaching concepts of the curriculum standards,which provided some feasible suggestions for teachers' teaching.Physical education teachers,as the implementers of the classroom,are in the leading position in the classroom teaching.The teaching behavior and teaching concept of physical education teachers have a decisive influence on the quality and effect of physical education teaching,and the teaching behavior and effect of physical education teachers are gradually concerned.How to improve teachers' classroom teaching behavior and effect is a problem that educators discuss and explore.With the development of quality education,the role of physical education teachers is playing an increasingly important role in school education.Classroom teaching effect can feedback PE teachers' teaching behavior,PE teachers need to improve constantly when facing opportunities,but also give PE teachers more responsibilities and missions.The author is from the high school attached to Yunnan Normal University.The PE teachers are Chinese and French.In the teaching time of five years,it is found that Chinese and French PE teachers have their own characteristics in classroom teaching behavior.Through video observation and direct observation,the teaching behaviors and effects of physical education teachers are summarized,analyzed and summarized,and the characteristics and characteristics of teaching behaviors and effects of Chinese and French physical and accurate understanding of sports technology and skills,promote the effect of students' sports skills and physical exercise.2.Chinese physical education teachers can effectively and interestingly use teaching methods and means to enhance students' interest in classroom learning in organization and management.Teachers have a good grasp of students' situation,and can choose teaching content
