Along with the economical day-by-day globalization and the internationalization, the English tremendous role highlights day by day. Low age in English education is one of general trends in the international English education development. Under this background, Kindergarten English education widely is opening gradually in China. But at present the specialized quality of kindergarten English teachers is the main bottleneck that still affects the kindergarten English education. The qualified kindergarten English teacher is the key factor which we operate English education in the kindergarten at present, but this is also the most difficult problem that we at present are urgent to solve. By investigating and doing present situation research about specialized quality of kindergarten English teachers in Changsha, the paper discusses the existed problem, and puts forward the constructive proposal.The study mainly adopts the questionnaire, the visit investigation, the observation, literature material law and so on to investigate present situation about specialized qualities of kindergarten English teachers in Changsha. It mainly includes: basic situation of kindergarten English teachers in Changsha, specialized manner, specialized knowledge, specialized ability and continuing education demand of them and so on. The investigation discovers: Investigated teachers' basic situation distributes to be very non-uniform; the difference in "the specialized manner" is not remarkable; "specialized knowledge grasping" is non-uniform; "the teaching faculty" has certain difference. It has simultaneously also discovered some questions: The specialized emotion is low; The specialized knowledge accomplishment is low; The correct teaching idea has not yet truly formed; The teaching faculty is quite weak; The teaching appraisal way is quite unitary; the ability of Education scientific research is weak ,and so on.In view of problems which are discovered, there are several proposed suggestions how to improve the specialized qualities of kindergarten English teachers in Changsha: To strengthen specialized emotion quality of English kindergarten English teachers; To strengthen the study of the teacher specialized knowledge and raise of the specialized ability; To implement education scientific research and the research activity of them earnestly; To strengthen the raise of the teacher reserve force; To practice credentials system for English teachers in the kindergarten.
