Since the implernent of the new course is put into effet ,great changes have taken place in both the teachers'teaching methods and the students'studying style.It has changed the class atmosphere which used to be supressing and depressing.Teachers and students have been set free or liberated.The basic characteristics of the new course specify life ,development and living.The teachers are demanded to face to life ,serving for life.The teachers are also demanded to focus on each student's personal experience of emotion and each student's dignity-forning.The teachers are wanted to respect each life's unique,understand each life's developing,kindly treat each life's independence and care for each life's entity.Therefore,classroom teach- ing should be filled with vigour,vitality and each student's making public of personality.However,all kinds of problems appear during the process of teaching.The trend of formation and absolutism has been found during the process of carrying out and pursuing the study style of independence,cooperation and problem by interviening the students,watching in teaching.analysing the documents and other essays,understanding the current teaching order,analyzing the current teaching state of Zhangjiagang city,reading and researching the new spapers and magazines in the recent five years relating to this respect.Following are the focuses: Paying much attention to the excessively lively surface of the class and lacking deep thinking.Pursuing the teaching situation and desalinating the teaching subject.Paying too much attuition of students ,and teachers dare not speak in class.Sometimes,they rely on modern teaching media and ignor the taste of the language excessively.Letting the students do what they want to excessively,as a result,teachers can't intervene the students' activities.Over stressing and over emphasizing teaching experiences so that teachers can't drive their classes efficiently,mainly because of the following two respects:on the one hand,the educators lack the understanding and recognization deeply and correctly to the new course;on the other hand,the notion of the new course is limited and curbed by the following facts,teachers'qualities,teachers'authority,students'preparations,education assessment and education policies and so on.Perhaps,because the new course doesn't go well smoothly,up to now,educators haven't done some deep research on their leading role in the teaching process,and how to adjust and control their classes reasonably.Of course,on this respect there are few essays.To this,this essay focuses on examiing its theory source,identifying its notion,analyzing the problems,pointing out the causes of the problems.This essay also points out some thoughts and ways of practicing for their no way and unsuitability of adjusting and controlling their classes in the process of students'independent,cooperative and probing study so that the educators can be led to correctly understand and recognize the necessity of educators'leading role in the process of teaching and they can enable their classes to continue orderly and improve their classroom teathing.the author also hopes that all the counterparts will provide some theoretical reference and practical support.
