Teaching rhythm influences teaching efficiency and the development of students. Harmonious teaching rhythm can organize various factors affecting the teaching to achieve the best effect. Famous physicist Albert Einstein once said that the world's most powerful is rhythm. Harmonious teaching rhythm is not only the basis of harmonious classroom teaching, but also the external form of that. Teaching rhythm of class has an important impact on affecting the teaching efficiency. Therefore, research on teaching rhythm of class has a strong meaning that makes teachers deeply understand and accurately grasp students'psychological and physiological characteristics and teaching content.Teaching rhythm contains the rhythm of teaching and learning. Teaching rhythm is the unity of science and art and internal and external rhythm.Teaching rhythm is different from the rhythm of teaching. Teaching rhythm of class is harmonious, diversity and cheerful. Teaching rhythm has important value for students and teachers. Firstly, for students teaching rhythm can stimulate students'interest in study, strengthen the students'attention, activate student's thinking, cultivate students' rhythm and enhance students'aesthetic experience. Secondly, in the case of a teacher, teaching rhythm can improve teaching efficiency, add teaching fun and overcome professional ennui.Teaching rhythm of class is generated by teachers and students together. Its generated mechanism is complex. Firstly we should pay attention to the generation of teaching rhythm of class. Secondly, the teacher must adjust class atmosphere to arouse students to participate in generated rhythm.Thirdly, teachers should use teaching talent freely to contribute generation of teaching rhythm.The author mainly discussed adjusting and control strategy by the preconditions, preparing process and teaching process. In preconditions, Teachers should enhance consciousness literacy and rhythm consciousness, fully understand students, and accurately grasp the textbooks. In preparing process, teacher should preset control strategy according to individual teacher style and different class type. In the teaching process, these are essential Examining the student feedback, timely control teaching rhythm; Responding to emergency, skillfully control teaching rhythm; Facing the class questioning, flexibly control teaching rhythm.
