Study On Civic Education Of Internet-Based

Civil education is to point to within certain education environment train citizen the rationality of country system , legal system, train right and duty each other unified concept , train democracy , equality etc. modern spirit, to enhance citizen's consciousness and the horizontal behavior. It opens civil citizen's identity and improves the overall quality of the citizens. civic education of internet-Based not only includes content and knowledge that civil education emphasis in the past, also includes the cultivation of civic awareness and the accomplishion of civic capacity.About studying on civic education of internet-Based(IBE) ,the branch of the paper includes three parts. The first part analyzes connotation characteristics of civic education and reviewes civic educational thought. The second part descrips development of IBE, investigats major contents and characteristics of IBE separately. The third part analyzes the existent problems and causes. Againsting these problems,synthesis and analyzes each aspect of IBE.
