A Study On University Tacit Knowledge Sharing

Based on knowledge management and knowledge exchanging theory, combining the enterprise tacit knowledge management method, the writer collected former people's studies, and analysis university tacit knowledge sharing in three aspects that are status quo of university knowledge sharing, process of university tacit knowledge sharing and the model of university knowledge sharing ,conditions of university tacit knowledge sharing .Main contents are as follows:I. Analysis the content of knowledge, knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge ,Analysis on status quo of university knowledge sharing and the meaning of tacit knowledge .The writer point out the factors affect university tacit knowledge sharing, including stimulative and obstacle factors.II. This study presents tacit knowledge sharing process model based on SECI model by Nonaka, which analyzes knowledge sharing and transfering process (socialization model and eternalization model).III. Condition of university tacit knowledge sharing . The condition of university tacit knowledge sharing is mainly composed of three levels, technology environment, constitution environment, and cultural environment. Technology environment involves in campus network bank, and apparatus and instrument, etc. Constitution environment means knowledge sharing system and intellectual property right system. Culture environment Includes all-inclusive campus culture and harmonious university academic atmosphere.
