Research On Resource Optimization Collocation In Higher Vocational Institutions

With the in-depth reform of economic system and farther adjustment of economic structure, Chinese development of economy and society needs more and more higher and applied talents. With the push of social demand and the support of nation and government, Chinese higher vocational education thereupon obtains fast development and has turned into important part of higher education. But many higher vocational institutions are all faced with important difficulties because of the problems of history, economic and management system. The difficulties include mainly invested resources are not enough and efficiency of resource utilization is low.This paper introduces firstly the basic theories of resource collocation in higher vocational education, and then analyze the current situation, problems and their causes of resource collocation in Chinese higher vocational institutions, and finally points out relevant optimization countermeasures from three different angles of human resources, financial ability and physical resources collocation. And these countermeasures include:(1)Higher vocational institutions need to optimize structures of faculties, and strengthen the construction of teams of teachers with double qualifications, and reform management systems of human resource and establish effective management mechanisms of human resource on the collocation of human resource;(2)need to build plural school-running system, and strengthen cooperation between banks and institutions and seek banks'support, and perfect students'subsidizing system, and use the mode of market-collocating, and reinforce institutions'inner management and improve efficiency of resource utilization, and positively push forward the reform of shareholding system of institutions on the collocation of financial abilities;(3)need to carry out scientific and quantitative management and make full use of existing resources, and strengthen the cooperation between institutions and institutions and the cooperation between institutions and enterprises and achieve resource-sharing, and reinforce construction of practice and training bases. The author hope that implement of these countermeasures could achieve resources optimization collocation in higher vocational institutions and sustainable development of higher vocational education.
