The higher vocational school teacher plays an irreplaceable role in the reform and development for our nation’s vocational education,which has a significant meaning. Double quality——which was firstly come up with by Prof. Wang,has reached consensus for the connotation of double quality teacher accompanied by the deepening of recognition,yet there are sorts of problem needed to be discussed.With the rapid development of science and technology,as for market-oriented labor market,there are more and more demands for elites among the production,construction,management and service sector. Higher vocational school students should adapt to the constant development of society,economy and technology and grasp the latest advanced knowledge and practical skills which draw the line for the teacher’s capacity of educating practicing and guiding students. The advantages for Higher vocational school lie in the teacher’s Double quality.To achieve and reach the goal of improving the teacher’s Double quality,we need to fulfill the professional construction for teachers and boost the cooperation among production,study and research sectors.In practical research, understand to the Liaoning Province double quality teachers exist the actual needs of the single source of teachers, teachers’ salary system is not perfect, training content and the teacher mutually become disjointed, teachers to participate in training enthusiasm is not high, private teachers mobility. According to the problems of the construction of the quality teachers in the double division, the suggestions are put forward from the aspects of the government, enterprise and school.As the main body of the construction of the quality teachers, the teacher plays the initiative, and continuously promotes the education and knowledge structure, and take part in the enterprise practice and vocational skills training courses.Introduction is the general program for the dissertation,the interpretation for Double quality and the logical beginning. This dissertation has four parts except introduction.First part,which include chapter one,mainly has the mention for research topic and literature review. There are topic introduction,research meaning,research content,research method,domestic research situation,and core principles.Second part,which includes chapter two, Combined with current status towards social and economic sectors,we make pointed decisions and reach the inspiration,yet wholly explain the realistic meaning and theoretical basis for the enhancement of Higher vocational school teacher’s Double quality.Third part,which includes chapter there.We visited some of Liaoning Higher vocational school and had a fair idea of situation for Liaoning Higher vocational school’s Double quality team,which includes proportion for Double quality teacher, teacher’s practical experience and teacher’s other technical titles and credentials. Fourth part,which includes chapter four,prepared research projects for this part are:the strategies for the improvement of the level of Liaoning Higher vocational school teacher’s Double quality and how to feasibly cement the foundation for the team construction of Liaoning Higher vocational school’s Double quality.
