| Along with China’s reform and opening up, a large number of rural surplus labor force towork in cities, but not yet a complete change in the various systems of the urban and ruralhousehold registration system and its associated isolation, many of the rural surplus labor intovarious areas of the city to work at the same time, facing forward so that their children can notstudy in the city school practical problems, they were forced to helpless choose to leave theirchildren in the rural school, which led to the education of rural children left behind. Theeducation of the children left behind in rural areas related to rural industrialization, urbanization,information technology and realization of agricultural modernization, important theoreticalsignificance and practical value of their research.In this paper, the left-behind children in rural areas of Shanxi xingxian County study, atotal of600questionnaires were distributed, to recover582, of which578were validquestionnaires. Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire on the children left behind andinterviews with guardians, teachers that the children left behind in class do not listen carefully,do not complete the job immediately after school, part of the left-behind children’s truancyserious adverse places frequented Internet cafes, game room, staying children’s attitude towardslearning and purposes can not be optimistic than non-left-behind children. The reason parentswork outside the home and the community’s concern about the children left behind is notenough, not strong guardian responsibility, they are heavily dependent on the school education,but the schools are facing the problem of lack of education funding, rigid educational contentand education methods, so staying the children education vacancies left behind a child’s learningworrying. For the education of rural children left behind, the paper argues that the children leftbehind parents often contact with the children, guardians assume responsibility for education,schools need to strengthen education management, change rigid education, strengthening itselfrecognized the Government to increase the efforts of Children Left Behind education seriously,and children left behind enhance knowledge level. |
