Rural workers are the main labor force of the Chinese cities'rapid growth and development who leave home to cities for jobs. However ,most of them have to leave their children in the rural areas for most reasons, these children are known as the"rural hometown-remained children".Rural hometown-remained children have become a social group whose tragic has attracted more and more attention from media and academic field. So some scholars conduct the research of this social group ,the previous study always focuses on the development of rural-children and some problems in the process of their development .The present thesis ,adopting observing method,questionnaire method, based on the current situation and education.According to the reports , some conclusions are drew : school ,family and community are the important factors which influencing on the"hometown-remained"growth .Chinese rural boarding school can reduce the negative influence of parents'going out on the rear children and it is good for healthy growth of the"hometown-remained".One parent at home and the overall environment of the community to the"hometown-remained"is also important.Therefore, accordingly, the present thesis brings up several strategies on thinking over and dealing with these problems, and on this understanding, maintains that the reform of systems is the far-reaching and basis measure, meanwhile to raise the comprehension quality of parents, to improve the condition of teacher, to reinforce the communication between parents and children, and between teachers and students, to enhance the life and education quality of rural hometown-remained children, should be regarded as the most urgent task. The reform of systems and improvement of life and education of rural hometown-remained children should be combined together.
