University as an organization have been in the promotion of social change in the process of continuous improvement and development. From traditional to modern, from closed to open, from the simple transfer of knowledge to both teaching and scientific research, from the community away from the ivory tower to become an inclusive society, the community center into a huge institution, which has experienced a long period of Historical process. The University of organizations should be doing, the University of the basic functions of what is, the University of the basic concepts and operational rules, etc. What is the answer, full of volatility and uncertainty. Thus, the University of organizations to strictly define the structure has become more difficult, to design a once and for all, always effective organizational structure is not easy, or even existence of such an organization structure.Therefore,through previous studies about the University organizational structure, based on organization theory at the university to the organizational structure this paper designed to study the application of entry points to the existing organizational structure of universities in the form of amendments and improvement. The main content of research papers are:First, the thesis researched on the cause, meaning, method and the current design of the University organizational structure and study to understand the present study situation and the perspective.Secondly, through analyzing the University organizations's definition and characteristics, this study made clear its thesis. From the University of organizational structure in the history of the development, analyzes the changes and the status of the organizational structure of chinese University providing realistic and starting point.Then,this paper briefly sumed up the organizational structure of the basic design theory into a the proposed organizational structure of the modern university should be designed with the fundamental concept of power design and system design concepts. Accordingly, the analysis of the impact of the structural design of the University of organizations related to internal variables and external variables, and to explore the organizational structure of the University of design content. Finally, this paper discussed the academic organizations, administrative organizations, logistics organizations and student organizations on the basis of the characteristics of the current institutions of the organizations set up the status quo and problems of a brief analysis. According to the organizations for their respective characteristics and existing problems on the structure of the organizations of the reconstruction and pointed out that: academic organizations should emphasize the Flat and pluralistic participation, the organization should be concerned with the level of management efficiency, logistics organizations should focus on services and student organizations that autonomy.
