A hundred years are big to account, education is origin. Education evelopment depends on the big base, teacher is origin. The teachers' professional development has become nowadays an international education common of teachers' development trend.Our country's teacher's professional degree is currently lower and the teacher's character of primary school in the village region is needed to be raise more. PanYu is at the south of Guangzhou City, the Pearl River delta of nature advantage. The Economy development in this region improved quickly and the education of value degree rises faster. Lots of talented people from the provinces out of Guangdong came and the teachers' profession had strength improved recently during last few years. During 2006 and 2007 years, the result of senior high schools rise the examination of university's ranked the front in Guangzhou. Because of the villages that are in the whole area still share majority, village's education is a heavy foundation education case. The key of developing villages' education is at the teachers'. Making our area education business innovation step again, has to pass a teacher professional development. The teacher's character ability of the PanYu area primary school mathematics level needs to be raise, this research topic have a foothold our country education reform of actual, draw lessons from foreign country teacher education of beneficial experience, study teacher professional content, development stage etc., study foundation education course reform implement the background descend primary school mathematics of the village region development problem. This research hopes to do with the teacher's questionnaire o primary school mathematics in PanYu area, analysises villages' primary school mathematics teacher whole present condition in PanYu area, existences problem and its reason of rising foundation, put forward villages primary school mathematics teacher profession development of strategy in PanYu area, for this area primary school mathematics teacher professional development to provide the basis of science with viable training mode.
